  • Biography

Dr. Kang is a Lecturer in the College of Mechanical Engineering at Zhejiang University of Technology. He received his Bachelor degree from the Dalian University of Technology, in 2017, and Master and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, in 2019 and 2022, respectively under the supervision of Prof. Motoki Sakaguchi. Before joining the Zhejiang University of Technology in 2024, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he collaborated with Prof. Chiaki Sato. His research primarily focuses on the coating technologies and adhesive bonding, with a particular emphasis on the mechanical behavior of materials and structures.
