    1.在教学方面担任本科生《物理化学》、《能源催化原理》、能源化工本科生《现代催化剂表征技术》、研究生核心课程《现代催化剂表征技术》《催化学科前沿讲座》等多门课程的主讲教师;

    2.所主讲的《现代催化剂表征技术》2015年获得浙江工业大学首批建设的研究生教学核心课程,2020年获批浙江省优秀研究生课程,同时开通了课程公众号catalysiszjut,深受同学们的欢迎,社会影响力显著,为工业催化及化工学院培养了大批人才。

    目前已培养硕博士研究生50余名,目前在读硕博士研究生,22名,博士后4名。所培养的学生多次获得校级优秀毕业生称号。

    社会服务:

        目前担任宁夏中科炭基材料产业技术研究院院长,宁夏石嘴山市政府咨询专家,工信部产业技术服务平台子平台负责人等,近十年来,深入40余家企业进行产学研服务,并就炭基材料、催化剂生产及炭基固废综合利用等课题进行深入合作及研发,为企业解决技术难题,所开发的超稳低汞触媒技术、催化剂载体专用活性炭技术多多相技术实现了产业化转化,技术服务范围涵盖能源、环保、氯碱等多个领域。
