    聂青苗,1978年生,安徽安庆人党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。

    a.     学术论文: 发表SCI论文近30篇,其中在中科院SCI分区一区期刊上发表论文3篇;

    b.     承担项目: 主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,参与国家自科学基金项目4项、浙江省钱江人才计划、浙江省自然科学基金各1项;

    c.   教学经历: 主讲过多门大学本科生专业课、公共课,指导硕士研究生3名,本科毕业设计10多名。



    4. 科研方向及技能:


     

    ·       高温超导磁通线融化相变的弹性理论研究、平衡态相变及输运性质的研究;

    ·       有机分子薄膜材料自组装生长过程及机理研究;

    ·       生物分子马达运动机制性质、蛋白质分子折叠机理以及其他相关生物分子体系的平衡态性质研究

    模型和方法:经典Monte Carlo、多正则系综Monte Carlo、分子动力学、短时动力学、电阻分流动力学、加权直方分析方法(WHAM)、XY模型、库仑气体模型、Go模型、Gromacs等。
