研究兴趣包括智能制造、服务型制造、智慧物流等。于清华大学工业工程系获工学学士、工学博士学位。现任IEEE Senior Member，IISE Senior Member，IEEE 可持续生产及自动化技术委员会委员(TC Member)，IEEE 数字制造与以人为本自动化技术委员会委员(TC Member)，美国数学评论(Mathematical Reviews)评论员，IEEE Trans on Automation Science and Engineering 期刊 Associate Editor，中国机械工程学会高级会员，中国机械工程学会生产系统专业委员会委员，中国机械工程学会成组与智能集成技术分会委员，中国机械工程学会工业大数据与智能系统分会委员，中国运筹学会行为运筹与管理分会常务理事，中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会理事，中国人工智能学会自然计算与数字智能城市专委会委员，国家自然科学基金项目评审专家，教育部学位中心研究生学位论文评审专家， 北京市自然科学基金项目评审专家，《工业工程》杂志青年编委，清华大学工业工程系研究生论文指导与评审委员会委员。曾获中国商业联合会科学技术奖特等奖、吴文俊人工智能科学技术奖二等奖、中国机械工业科学技术奖三等奖。主持国家自然科学基金 4 项，浙江省自然科学基金 3 项。发表 SCI/EI 检索论文 60 余篇， 其中 ESI 高被引论文 1 篇，研究成果收录于 EJOR、TS、TRC、ANOR、Omega、IJPR、IEEE TASE、COR以及Service Science等国际学术期刊。
