  • Biography

    Tachia Chin is a Professor at School of Management, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou, China. She earned her Ph.D. at Jinan University and completed her post-doc study at Sun Yat-sen University. She has more than 10 years of working experience as a senior HR/CSR executive for foreign-invested manufacturing firms in China. She has published more than 100 articles in top English and Chinese journals such as Technological Forecast and Social Change, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of International management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Career Development International and Journal of Knowledge Management, and has served as a leading guest editor for Asia Pacific Business Review, Journal of Knowledge Management and Career Development International. Her research focuses are cross-cultural management, Knowledge Management, leadership and strategic HRM.
