Qianbo Wu is now a professor in the Department of Urban and Rural Planning, Zhejiang University of Technology (Hangzhou). A specialist on China’s urban and rural development, his research interests cover China’s urbanization, rural development, and economic geography. He has published more than 40 English and Chinese articles on geographical, economics, sociological journals, some published on Land Use Policy, China City Planning Review, Economic Geography and so on. His research has been funded by 8 national and provincial research grants including Chinese National Science Foundation Program and Chinese National Social Science Foundation Program.
