    Yi RUAN

        Yi RUAN is Associate Professor of College of Science at Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. He is a trained physicist from the CNRS at the Ecole Centrale Marseille, France.
        During his Ph.D. (2009−2012) in the laboratory of Institut Fresnel, France, he learned superresolution far-field microscopy, and got interested in optical imaging. During this period, he worked on the non label, far-field, superresolution 3D imaging of artificial object. During his postdoc in Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS), France (2012−2013) and l’institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (INSERM), France (2014−2017), he learned membrane physical chemistry, superresolution fluorescence microscopy and atomic force microscopy for the study of native membranes.

        As Associate Professor (2017−now), he start to work on the bio- medical- application of Atom magnetometer at Zhejiang University of Technology in Hangzhou, China.
