Cai, Binbin, Ph.D. in Business Administration, a visiting scholar at the University of Alberta, Canada, was an assistant to the Confucius Institute at Zhejiang University of Technology.
Deputy Dean of the International Party College of Zhejiang University of Technology. He has been engaged in international cooperation & exchange, education internationalization and international students in China for more than 20 years. He has successively published research papers on sereral provincial researching projects and related research papers.
At present, he concurrently serves as the General Seceratary of the Provincial Interantional Students Committee, assisting in the education management work of the provincial colleges and universities international students, and as a number of expert group experts to inspect the international students.
Sports is his hobby and he has won many outstanding provincial championships as the captain of ZJUT Staff Badminton Team.
