曹聪

曹聪博士于2020年9月以朝晖特聘副研究员入职浙江工业大学管理学院信息管理与信息系统系，现任管理学院副教授，博士生导师，信管系副主任。在此之前，他在澳大利亚伍伦贡大学（University of Wollongong）计算机与信息技术学院（School of Computing and Information Technology）从事电子商务信息系统和用户行为方面的研究，并于2015年7月起以 Head Tutor/Teaching Assistant 的身份在伍伦贡大学面向本科生和硕士研究生教授多门课程。他目前的主要研究方向为：信息系统、信息管理、数字经济、用户行为决策与运筹管理、以及人机交互等。

数字革命以前所未有的速度和规模改变了我们的生活和社会，带来巨大的机遇和严峻的挑战。新技术可以为实现“中华民族的伟大复兴”做出重大贡献，但也不可避免地导致国内劳动力市场发生重大的转变。另外，数字经济也带来了新的风险，从个人隐私的挑战到非法的线上经营活动。政府、社会、学术界、和产业界必须共同努力寻找新的解决办法。目前本团队通过构建各类产业数字化发展场景，依托我国政府和企业变革的实例，深植“产业链”，探索以数据驱动的运营和管理方法，并深入思考数据在消费者分析、个性化服务和营销管理中的作用。同时，依托项目协作和企业调研，基于“创新链”，探索新兴技术的具体应用和实践，论述在复杂环境下如何创造出具有应用前瞻性的业务模式并设计推进策略。

从学生培养的宏观层面来看，曹聪博士在教学中强调以学生个性化发展为中心，基于“知行合一”的理念，让学生们更深入地理解数据驱动的商务决策。从微观层面上来看，每学期他支持超过30%人次参加各类课外活动，进一步提升了学生领导力、凝聚力、价值观和自我管理能力的培养。通过促进“实践导向型与研究导向型”的有机统一，他尝试重构学生的学习方法，以提高他们的科研和职业素养，增强他们的创新精神和创业能力，进而实现培养学生学术研究与实践能力的育人目标。

曹聪博士长期担任国际电子商务会议、澳大利亚信息系统会议等机构的编审。并且，他还是多个世界知名专业技术组织的成员，譬如，电气电子工程师学会（IEEE）、运筹学和管理科学研究协会（INFORMS）、国际信息系统协会（AIS）、国际计算机学会（ACM）、澳大利亚计算机协会（ACS）等，并经常参与这些组织的管理与交流活动。与此同时，他还担任中国技术经济协会神经经济管理专业委员会第二届委员，以及中国系统工程协会决策科学专业委员会成员。
