    主要研究方向:

      车声雷教授长期在国内外高校和海外头部企业从事磁电功能材料和电子元器件的研究和开发,积累了从基础研究到应用研究、直到产品技术开发和工程化、产业化的丰富经验。2011年回国入职浙工大以来主持国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项、国家自然科学基金联合重点项目等科研项目20多项。在AFM、Acta Mater.、JMST等期刊发表学术论文210多篇,申请中、日、美、欧等国家和地区发明专利230多项、授权发明专利100多项,参与编制国家标准6项

      在磁性材料、电子材料等领域取得了多项国际领先的成果,其中高饱和磁通密度低损耗锰锌铁氧体、各向异性钐铁氮粉体/塑磁、高性能塑性成型磁性材料、新能源汽车用耐高温软磁磁芯、超薄型液晶电视电源用磁芯、高结晶度金属/氧化物以及复合结构真球形粉体、MLCC电极浆料等已先后在中国日本投入规模生产。曾获得日本的天田科学技术研究奖、手岛纪念研究奖、TDK总裁奖,中国的中国产学研合作创新奖、中国侨界贡献奖(创新奖)、中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步奖等奖励。

      目前,带领团队主要开展以下方向的研究工作:(1)面向5G应用和第三代半导体的高频高磁密低功耗软磁铁氧体材料;(2)高频低功耗金属软磁复合材料(SMC);(3)钐铁氮等新型稀土永磁材料;(4)基于纳米颗粒的肿瘤诊疗一体化器件;(5)电子信息材料及其新工艺、新应用的开发 等。详见团队介绍页面。

    磁电功能材料研究所简介

       磁电功能材料是信息技术、新能源、智能制造、具身智能体等的基础,在国民经济中占有非常重要地位。凡是用得到电的地方就肯定要用到磁性材料和电子材料,家用电器、电子信息、新能源和国防等各个领域中磁电材料都发挥着重要的作用。磁性材料是浙江省的十大优势领域之一。中国是磁性材料产业大国,产量占全球80%以上;浙江省是世界最大的磁性材料产业基地,产量占到全世界的50%以上。

       磁电功能材料研究所(英文:Research Center of Magnetic and Electronic Materials)成立于2011年,由车声雷教授担任所长是学校认定的浙江工业大学校级研究所2014年获校级创新团队立项、2021年被学校授予黄大年式教师团队的荣誉。2019年获批高等学校材料创新人才产教融合协同育人省级示范基地,2023年获批功能复合材料与电子封装浙江省工程研究中心、浙江-日本磁电功能材料国际联合实验室2个省级科研平台。

       团队目前有教授3人、副教授3人、助研1人、博士后4人,其中国家级人才1人,省部级人才2人。团队聘请了南京大学都有为院士、日本学士院院士/美国工程院院士/日本东北大学井上明久前校长、兰州大学李发伸前校长、北京大学侯仰龙教授、江丰电子姚力军总裁、电源专家邵革良博士等为兼职教授。

       本所致力于先进磁电功能材料的基础研究和产业化技术开发,"顶天"与"立地"相结合、高水平论文与新产品同时产出,形成了“基础研究--应用研究--产业化”的完整创新链。与材料、电子、通信、电机等领域的国内外龙头企业开展深度合作,通过“产学研”协同创新、协同育人与科研成果产业化,努力促进我国磁性材料产业的“转型升级”。

       近十年来,团队已承担国家重点研发计划2项、国家自然科学基金重点项目/面上项目/青年项目9项、牵头省重点研发计划3项、承担企业委托的横向科研项目90多项,其中千万元以上大项目3项(纵向2+横向1),累计获得科研经费4000多万元。近3年专利转让费到款达500多万元。2019年,本所教师和研究生、本科生组成的团队荣获第五届“互联网+”中国国际大学生创新创业大赛主赛道金奖,实现了学校历史的突破。

        团队与日本、美国、韩国、斯洛伐克、爱尔兰等国家的高校院所和学术组织开展国际科技合作与交流。与日本国立静冈大学签署了学院唯一的院部级国际合作协议(2018-2023,2023-2028)。团队发起的“全国磁性材料与器件大会”已召开8届,累计参加人数达3200多人。

        依托院部级合作协议和浙江-日本磁电功能材料国际联合实验室,2017年以来已先后派遣7名研究生赴日从事为期3个月到1年的交换留学合作研究。派遣多名博士生赴欧洲、美国、日本、韩国等国家参加国际学术会议,推荐2名毕业生赴日本(大阪大学、东北大学)攻读博士学位。同时,与国内的清华大学、浙江大学、中科院宁波材料技术研究所、中国药科大学、浙江省人民医院等单位开展研究生的联合培养工作。

    • 2025年在籍博士生5名、硕士生15名(包括与中科院宁波材料所的联培生在内)。

      目前主持本科生的《材料工程基础》、《电子信息材料》,研究生的《磁电材料》等课程的教学工作。

    • 已培养博士毕业生9名(毕业出路:企业研发1名、机关部门1人、博士后7人)、硕士毕业生38名。学生就职单位包括中科院宁波材料所、南方科技大学、杭州弱磁研究院等高校院所和东磁、天通、科达、千石等磁性材料企业,海康、小米、村田、佳利等电子企业,江丰电子、海力士、中芯、富芯等半导体企业,吉利、零跑等汽车企业及A123等新能源企业。
