    Zhang Guangxi (May 1981 - )
    Professor, Doctor, and Supervisor of Postgraduate Students
    Research Interests: Creativity in Organizations, Ethical Leadership, Social Networks

    Dr. Zhang Guangxi graduated with a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Zhejiang University in March 2006. In August 2012, she obtained a Ph.D. in Management from the Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong. During her doctoral studies, she also served as a Senior Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at City University of Hong Kong. In 2011, she was awarded the highest-level scholarship, the Chow Yik Ching Scholarship. Due to her outstanding academic performance during her studies at City University of Hong Kong, she was granted lifetime membership in the International Business Honor Society in 2012.

    Dr. Zhang has published two papers in the Journal of Business Ethics, which is one of the FT50 recognized journals, and several papers in other prestigious SSCI and domestic journals, including Journal of Product Innovation Management (ABS 4), International Journal of Human Resource Management (ABS 3), Asia Pacific Journal of Management (ABS 3), Industry & Innovation (ABS 3), and Management World, among others. She has also authored two monographs. From 2010 to 2017, she presented seven papers at the Academy of Management (AOM) annual conference in the United States, with one of her papers nominated as the Best Conference Paper in 2012 and included in the AOM Best Conference Paper Collection.

    Since 2013, Dr. Zhang has led one National Natural Science Foundation project and seven provincial and ministerial-level projects. She has participated in one key National Natural Science Foundation project, three general and young researchers' projects, two National Social Science Foundation projects, and eight provincial and ministerial-level research projects.

    Dr. Zhang has received several awards for her research, including the Zhejiang Provincial Social Science Federation Youth Excellent Achievement Award in 2014, the Zhejiang Provincial 18th Philosophy and Social Science Excellent Achievement Award in 2015, and was selected as one of the Zhejiang Province Zhijiang Youth Social Science Scholars in 2016. She was also selected for Zhejiang University of Technology’s “Youth Talent Support Program” in 2016 and listed as a third-level candidate in the Zhejiang Province 151 Talent Project in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, she was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council to conduct academic exchange at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the United States.

    Dr. Zhang serves as a reviewer for several international academic journals, including Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Business Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Ethics & Behavior, and Journal of Business Research. She is also a lifetime member of the International Business Honor Society, and a member of the International Association for Management, the Asian Management Association, and the International Association for Chinese Management Research.
