胡明志

胡明志，浙江工业大学管理学院副教授，上海交通大学住房与城乡建设研究中心特约副研究员，中国房地产中青年学者30人论坛秘书，中国城市经济学会城市可持续建设与管理青年委员会成员。曾任教于暨南大学经济学院经济系（2018-2021），上海财经大学经济学博士（2018），佛罗里达国际大学联合培养博士生（2016-2017）。主要研究方向为住房与房地产经济、城市经济、创业。在Journal of Business Venturing、Journal of Banking & Finance、Real Estate Economics、Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics、Journal of Housing Economics、Journal of Real Estate Research、Small Business Economics、Technological Forecasting and Social Change、财贸经济等学术期刊发文40多篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目等国家级和省部级课题。为人民日报社内刊思想理论动态参阅、改革内参等重要刊物撰写评论和报告；担任Journal of Business Venturing、Small Business Economics、Journal of Real Estate Research、Journal of Development Economics、Urban Studies、Housing Studies、Technological Forecasting & Social Change、International Journal of Finance and Economics、经济学（季刊）、管理评论等期刊匿名审稿人；担任Journal of Regional Economics期刊主编、Journal of Risk and Financial Management期刊客座主编、Journal of Real Estate Research和SN Business & Economics等期刊编委。
