  • Biography


    Huixiao Yang is currently a specially-appointed Researcher of Department of Information Management and Information Systems at School of Management, Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT). Huixiao, born 1986, earned his Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and acquired both his MSc and BS degrees from East China University of Science and Technology. Prior to joining ZJUT in March 2021, Huixiao worked as a Postdoctoral fellow of Business Administration at Jinan University for three years, during which he paid a one-year visit at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a one-year visit at University of Maryland, College Park.


    Research Interests

    Supply chain management: Offshore/onshore production decisions, Supplier encroachment, Low carbon supply chain, RFID adoption in retail supply chain, etc.

    Inventory management: Dual sourcing, Dynamic inventory control, Heuristic algorithm, Product differentiation management, etc.
