       柯淼林,博士,浙江工业大学绿色制药协同创新中心助理研究员,硕士生导师。2021.01 博士毕业于复旦大学有机化学专业;2021.01-2022.12 浙江工业大学从事博士后工作。2023.03 加入浙江工业大学绿色制药协同创新中心从事科研工作。主要从事药物合成及不对称催化方法学研究。近五年来,主持和参与国自然、横向共六项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Chem. Sci.、Org. Lett.、Chin. Chem. Lett.、Green. Synth. Catal.Chem. Commun.Org. Chem. Front.Adv. Synth. Catal.等发表学术论文16篇。

        研究方向一:不对称催化

    采用双金属协同催化策略,成功开发出一种创新方法,用于产生含氧杂1,3-偶极子。这些偶极子在温和的反应条件下即时生成,并能高效地与多种缺电子烯烃发生[3+2]环加成反应,或与亲核试剂进行烯丙基取代反应。这一过程不仅速度快,而且能够以高对映选择性合成具有高官能团密度的四氢呋喃衍生物或手性烯丙基化合物,为有机合成提供了新的策略和手段。

    研究方向二:连续流反应研究

        连续流反应技术在化学合成领域展现出巨大的潜力和广泛的应用前景,它显著提高了反应效率,同时确保了操作过程的安全性。更为重要的是,它在促进化学合成工艺向可持续性发展转型中发挥了关键作用。本课题组专注于端到端的连续流氢化、硝化、重氮化反应研究,并进一步探索喹诺酮类抗生素的全连续流合成技术。我们的目标是通过这一尖端技术,推动化学反应过程实现高效、环保和智能化的发展,为化学合成领域带来革命性的进步。
