柯志刚

   柯志刚，博士，男，副教授，2013年6月毕业于中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院，获生物物理学博士学位。2013年7月至2019年6任职于中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院，历任助理研究员、副研究员。2019年7月入职浙江工业大学食品科学与工程学院，历任副研究员、副教授。曾获中国科学院院长优秀奖、中国科学院优秀毕业生，入选中国科学院青年创新促进会。研究方向为水产品精深加工与贮藏，作为项目负责人，主持承担了国家重点研发计划子课题、中国科学院青年创新促进会人才项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省自然科学基金探索项目等，作为研究骨干参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院“百人计划”项目等，以第一/通讯作者在Food Chem.、Environ. Sci. Technol.、J. Hazard. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等主流刊物发表研究论文20余篇，部分论文入选ESI高被引论文和期刊封面文章，获授权发明专利十余件，其中美国专利1件。以第二完成人获安徽省自然科学奖三等奖、中国商业联合会科学技术奖特等奖各一项。
