       博士,博导,浙江省万人科技创新领军人才,浙江省高校创新领军人才,浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家,首批“浙江省青年科学家培养计划”人选。中国化学工程研究生教育联盟副理事长;浙江省“315”科技创新体系建设工程战略规划专家;浙江省石化协会理事;浙江省化工学会理事;浙江省化工学会基础化工专业委员会主任委员;含氟温室气体替代及控制处理国家重点实验室客座研究员;《化工生产与技术》、《石油化工高等学校学报》等编委。

       荣获国家技术发明奖二等奖(3)、教育部技术发明奖一等奖(2)、浙江省科技进步奖二等奖(2)等。主要从事基于(金属) 纳米催化剂设计、制备和再生等技术创新,面向资源与环境领域催化技术的基础理论及应用研究,特别是炭材料合成、负载型金属催化剂的制备,绿色卤代烷烃功能材料的催化合成以及绿色精细化学合成工艺开发等。催化剂及反应工程技术实现了源头创新,引领了液相催化加氢产业方向,打破了美国催化剂技术封锁,相关研究成果在浙江卫星集团、常州亚邦集团等公司实现工业化。在Appl.Catal.B顶级期刊等发表论文60余篇,多次参加学术会议并做大会或主题报告。持续获得国家基金面上(3项)、浙江省重点研发项目3项、省基金(1项)及巨化集团、中化集团等项目10余项,其中200万以上的专利转化与企业项目4项(含千万级1项),作为核心成员参与国家重点研发(6/100)和国家重点研发课题(2/20)。获中美日等国家发明专利60余件。
