廖素琴，博士、浙江工业大学管理学院校聘副教授。2018年毕业于中国科学技术大学工商管理系，获管理学博士学位。主要研究方向为企业战略变革，技术创新管理，商业模式创新及企业领导行为。在《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》《R&D management》《Journal of Business & Industrial Management》《Technology Analysis & Strategic management》《Internet Research》《Asian Journal of Technology Innovation》《Leadership & Organization Development Journal》《管理案例研究与评论》《外国经济与管理》等SSCI和国内核心刊物上发表论文数篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，国家社会科学基金项目及浙江省自然科学基金项目，参与国家自然基金项目2项，参与国家社科项目2项，教育部人文社科面上项目等。
