1.生物柴油生产技术
团队深耕生物质能源领域研究逾二十载,持续推动技术革新。在生物柴油制备方面,成功实现了从硫碱催化两步法、甘油酯化两步法到生物酶催化法的迭代升级。科研项目方面,承担或参与了国家“863”计划子课题、浙江省“尖兵”“领雁”研发攻关计划等项目;知识产权成果丰硕,累计获得中国发明专利20余项、美国专利2项、日本专利1项;相关技术成果荣获浙江省科学技术奖一等奖、中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步奖二等奖、浙江省知识产权大奖三等奖等奖励。目前,基于本课题组技术已建成生物柴油生产线10余条,年总产能超50万吨。在工程化实践方面,课题组在连续流反应器技术、高真空精馏技术、热泵耦合高级氧化技术等领域积累了深厚且丰富的工程经验。

2. 蓖麻油基生物柴油下游产品(十一碳烯酸、庚醛)生产技术
团队从事蓖麻油基生物柴油下游产品(十一碳烯酸、庚醛)生产的产业化技术开发与研究已有十余年,相关研究成果已发表于Bioresource Technology、Chemical Engineering Journal、Applied Thermal Engineering、Journal of Analytical and Applied Pyrolysis 等国际知名期刊,授权中国发明专利10余项及美国发明专利2项。研究工作得到了国家自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省科技厅公益技术应用研究项目的资助,已成功建成并运行年处理能力达百吨级的蓖麻生物柴油制备十一碳烯酸的产业化装置。

3.微波过程强化技术与装备研发
团队长期从事生物质能源和过程强化技术的科学研究工作,重点围绕生物柴油下游产业链产品开发及微波过程强化技术与装备的研发,开发了微波固定床反应器并用于生物柴油副产物甘油的高附加值利用。相关系列成果发表于Chemical Engineering Science、Applied catalysis. B-Environmental等化工领域期刊,为微波反应器的设计开发及在化工领域的应用提供了坚实的理论指导与技术支撑。
