           钱海丰,博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部创新团队成员,美国康奈尔大学博士后,日本京都大学 JSPS 研究员;

           Soil Ecology Letters 编委;生态毒理学报编委;

           主持国家自然科学基金项目(8 

    主要从事环境毒理学与环境生态学研究。应用目前主流的分子生物学手段并结合组学概念,从基因、蛋白、个体及群落结构等多层次、系统性分析:1)农药等污染物对植物的毒理,及其与土壤微生物之间的响应机制,了解胁迫环境下根际微生物群反馈调控植物生长发育的作用网络,阐述污染物-植物-环境微生物的三极关系;2)研究蓝藻水华诱发的水生态风险、水华蓝藻与水体微生物间的相互作用及信号传导途径,以及农药、抗生素等污染物对水生微生物群落结构和功能的安全评估;3)结合环境微生物学、生态毒理学和相关的新兴交叉领域,通过宏基因组大数据分析和人工智能技术,研究环境和人类肠道健康,重点开发基于宏基因组技术的抗生素耐药性风险评估框架以及大数据驱动的微生物资源分析,为后续研究提供重要的方法学基础。

      

           研究成果在 Nature Communications, ISME J, Advanced Science, Microbiome, Environ Sci Technol, Water Res, Environ Microbio, Appl Environ Microbio, Environ Int, Environ Pollut, J Agric Food Chem等发表 SCI 论文 180 余篇, 其中第一或通讯作者 130 余篇, h-index=50,ESI高引/热点论文13 篇,引用7400余次。 获授权国家发明专利 项。 获浙江省自然科学三等奖 十一五浙江省自然科学基金优秀论文奖 项、 浙江省高校优秀科研成果奖一、二等奖各 项。

      

           关于细菌耐药性的机制研究和风险评估的研究成果受到广泛关注,多家媒体对此进行报道。

      

           

           担任 Nature Geoscience, Nature Communications, Environ Sci Technol, Water Research, Environ MicrobioAppl Environ Microbio 等期刊审稿人。
