  • 个人简介

    覃大嘉,浙江工业大学管理学院特聘教授,博士生导师。她曾在外资制造公司工作十余年,担任人力资源/高级企业社会责任经理。在此期间,获得暨南大学人力资源管理专业博士,完成中山大学战略管理博士后研究。先后在广东外语外贸大学和杭州电子科技大学任教,20193月以高层次人才身份引进浙江工业大学。她在《International Journal of Human Resource Management》《Journal of International Management》《Technological Forecast and Social Change》《International Journal of Production Economics》《管理评论》《管理科学》等顶尖中英文期刊上发表了100余篇文章;并在《Asia Pacific Business Review》《Journal of Knowledge Management》《Career Development International》等期刊担任首席客座主编;现任中国企业管理研究会副理事长、中国企业管理研究会知识管理专委会主任委员。她在中国科学技术大学、北京师范大学等学校担任跨文化管理、商务英语和组织行为学等专业课程的教学,教学对象为MBAEMBA专业硕士研究生,教学方式为双语教学。研究领域集中于跨文化管理,知识管理,领导力和战略人力资源管理。
