  • Biography

    Graduated in 2015 with a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. From May 2015 to December 2018, I taught at the School of Economic and Trade Management, Zhejiang University of Technology, and since January 2019, I have been teaching at the Department of Business Administration in the College of Management, Zhejiang University of Technology. My research has focused on corporate governance, strategy, and human resource management. In recent years, I have led or participated in five national and provincial-level projects and published two academic monographs. My works have been featured in prestigious journals such as Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, Journal of Cleaner Production, Management World, Chinese Journal of Population Science, Economic Dynamics, and Accounting Research.

    Teaching courses in Performance and Compensation Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics, and Strategic Marketing Management.

  • Achievement

    In November 2017, guided students in the 3rd Zhejiang Provincial College Students' Economic Management Case Competition, winning the third prize 1/1 (as the advising teacher).
