    课题组负责人介绍

    徐鉴,教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才项目获得者。2019年毕业于浙江大学化学系,获理学博士学位,2020年加入浙江工业大学生物工程学院。长期致力于酶催化的非天然反应构筑以及高效蛋白质工程改造策略的研究,主持国家优秀青年科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等多项国家及省部级科研项目,在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Nat. Commun.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际权威期刊上发表论文20余篇。

    团队介绍

    课题组现有成员3人,其中教授1人(徐鉴)、副研究员1人(彭永珍)、讲师1人(段鑫宇),团队成员研究背景涵盖有机化学合成、生物催化等,实验室具有完备的合成、分析、表征仪器。团队注重学术交流与合作,积极组织成员参加国内外学术会议,拓宽学术视野与国内外多所高校和科研机构建立了长期合作关系,定期邀请专家学者开展学术讲座与交流活动。课题组毕业生在科研、教学、企业等行业领域取得了优异成绩。

    研究方向

    本课题组主要围绕酶催化的非天然反应及蛋白质工程改造策略的开发和应用。在酶催化的非天然反应方面,模拟化学催化,利用光、电化学或其他化学手段调控辅因子,重塑酶催化机制,构筑多种酶催化的非天然反应。在蛋白质工程改造策略的研究方面,设计开发聚焦理性迭代特异性突变策略,用以酶的高效进化。相关研究成果在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Nat. Commun.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等高水平期刊上发表。此外,团队还积极开展蛋白质修饰的研究,结合前沿化学生物学技术,实现功能蛋白的改造与进化。课题组将继续深化现有研究方向,加强多学科交叉融合,积极拓展新的研究领域,不断提升团队的科研创新能力与学术影响力。
