     燕云峰,博士。1998.9-2002.6,安徽师范大学化学系本科;2002.7-2007.6,中国科学技术大学化学物理系博士(导师:张广照教授);2007.7-2009.9,复旦大学高分子系博士后(导师:江明院士、姚萍教授);2009.10-2011.2,上海师范大学化学系讲师;2011.3-2012.7,美国麻省大学(University of Massachusetts, Amherst)化学系postdoc(合作导师:Prof. Paul Dubin);2012.8-2017.1,美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心(University of Texas Southwestern Medical CenterPostdoc, Research Scientist(合作导师:Prof. Daniel Siegwart)。2017.3-至今,浙江工业大学生物工程学院工作。主要研究方向是生物材料与纳米生物药物,包括针对RNA核酸药物(siRNA, miRNA, mRNA等)和CRISPR基因编辑体系的新型高分子和脂质载体的研究开发及其在癌症治疗、组织工程和免疫调控等方面应用。

    主持浙江省和国家自然科学基金多项,目前担任中国感光学会生物基功能大分子材料与技术专业委员会委员、中国毒理学会青年委员会委员、浙江省毒理学会毒理学替代法专业委员会委员。长期担任Nat. Commun., J. Mater. Chem. B, Chem. Commun., Acs Appl. Mater. Inter. Sci., Acta Biomater.等主流期刊审稿人。

  • 科研项目

    研究方向:生物材料与纳米生物药物

          聚焦生命健康前沿领域,针对新型生物药物(如核酸、多肽、蛋白质)和新兴生物技术(如RNA干扰和CRISPR基因编辑)在生物医学应用中的问题,结合材料化学和纳米技术等多学科手段,从分子、纳米、细胞和组织多尺度调控药物和生物分子的作用,提高生物药物的稳定性、靶向性和治疗效果,促进新兴生物技术在生物医学中的应用。
