  • 个人简介

    钟浩,男,湖北阳新人,汉族,中共党员,主要从事益生菌、微生物发酵及生物活性肽等方面的教学和科研工作。2012年6月获海南大学食品质量与安全专业学士学位,2016年6月获江苏大学粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专业硕士学位,2021年3月获浙江大学食品科学专业博士学位。作为主持人,承担国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、浙江省“尖兵”“领雁”重点研发攻关计划项目1项、浙江省自然科学基金探索青年项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目1项、横向课题 5 项;以研究骨干参与多项国家级科研项目。发表学术论文70余篇,其中以通讯作者或第一作者身份在Advanced Science、Food Chemistry、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Food & Fucntion等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。授权国家发明专利6项。 获省级科技成果 1 项。
