朱海燕，浙江绍兴人，博士，博后，教授，博士生导师，理学院副院长。

主要研究领域：

同调代数、代数表示论

教学任务：主讲《高等代数》、《线性代数》、《矩阵分析》、《代数学》等课程，平均每年授课超100课时；指导本科生20余人，研究生4人；开展课程思政案例编制。

教学研究：主持省一流课程1门、省虚拟仿真项目1项、省课堂教学改革1项；主持学校《高等代数》核心课程建设；主持校级精品在线课程1门和重点教材建设项目1项。

教学奖励：获2016年校优秀教师（教学业绩优秀奖），获2017年校优秀班主任，获2020浙江省“互联网+教学”优秀教学案例一等奖1项，2021年浙江省高校课程思政教师征文活动中获一等奖1项。
