  • 个人简介

    博士,硕士生导师,先后在俄罗斯科学院西伯利亚分院及浙江花园高科股份有限公司从事博士及博士后课题研究。药学院、绿色制药协同创新中心机械化学研究所骨干教师,绿色制药学科创新引智基地/浙江省绿色制药技术国际科技合作基地办公室主任,浙江省化学会机械化学专业委员会委员、秘书,浙江省可持续发展研究会会员。

    主要研究方向为药物制剂智能构建及生物高分子递药材料开发。聚焦难溶、不稳定性药物,采用机器学习、深度神经网络等新型AI策略,高效构建药物递送系统,实现药物的增溶、增稳及生物利用度提升,已相继成果实现姜黄素、喜树碱、维生素A、维生素D等系列药物制剂的开发。

    主持国家自然科学基金1项、国家自然科学基金国际合作子项目1项、浙江省博士后择优资助项目1项、浙江省教育厅一般项目1项,以及企业横向等多项项目;作为主要成员参与国家重点研发计划项目、浙江省重点研发计划项目、973计划前期研究专项课题等项目,累计发表SCI论文20余篇,授权专利10余项,转让专利1项。
