张闪闪

浙江工业大学管理学院工商管理系教师，硕士生导师，香港城市大学哲学博士，中国科学技术大学管理学博士，2017-2019年香港城市大学商学院信息系统系博士后。

主要研究方向为：数字媒介、AI的使用和影响、电子商务、电子健康平台上的游戏化、企业中的技术压力。研究兴趣为：数字媒介数据挖掘，情景实验和现场实验在信息系统中的应用。发表论文20余篇，包括以第一作者和通讯作者在国际知名ABS三星级/SSCI一区期刊Information and Management、Internet Research、Information Technology & People上发表论文6篇、JCR二区SCI/SSCI论文4篇、ABS1*论文1篇等。主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、教育部人文社科青年基金项目、浙江省自然科学基金青年项目、浙江省属高校业务经费（优秀青年学者）专项、浙江工业大学人文社科项目、学科预研项目、教学改革项目等课题。参与7项国家及省部级课题，5项教学改革和人工智能及国际化课程建设项目，12项横向项目，参与撰写的资政报告获省部级领导肯定性批示。获首届校“社科青年之星”称号和学院首届王光铸卓越青年教师发展基金资助(科学研究类)。

承担硕士研究生课程5门（含留学生全英课程3门）、本科生课程6门（含留学生全英课程两门），获学院教师教学设计大赛三等奖。积极参与学生指导和服务工作，获学院“优秀班主任”和“就业先进个人”称号，指导研究生发表多篇高质量论文，指导本科生获获电子商务类、统计调查类、创新创业类等省级竞赛奖项，多人升学至知名高校，如浙江大学、华东师范大学、曼彻斯特大学等。
