  • 个人简介

    邹仙果,博士,副教授,博士生导师,加拿大University of Saskatchewan访问学者。专注于生物活性肽制备、结构解析、功能活性机制、消化吸收的研究。主持浙江省“尖兵领雁+X”研发攻关计划项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、浙江省农业农村厅“三农九方”科技协作计划项目、浙江省自然科学基金等纵向项目7项,以及重大横向项目等企业委托项目6项。以第一/通讯作者在Food Chem.、J. Agric. Food Chem.、Food Res. Int.等期刊发表学术论文20余篇(ESI高被引1篇,ZJUT TOP100论文2篇,中科院1区TOP论文4篇);授权发明专利3件,其中1件专利实现成果转化。长期担任食品领域顶刊审稿人,兼任湖州市水产品品质提升与加工技术重点实验室学术委员会委员,并被选派为浙江省科技特派员。相关研究成果获广东省科技进步奖二等奖(6/10)、中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖 (3/15)。江西省优秀博士学位论文,浙江工业大学第三届“星耀运河”学术新星,学院科技工作优秀奖,优秀班主任,优秀实习指导教师20多项荣誉奖项。
