    张晓健,博士,副教授,毕业于香港城市大学,主要从事重大疾病治疗药物、高端营养健康化学品的生物合成方面技术开发与应用。近年来主持国家重点研发计划子课题、浙江省公益应用项目、企业横向合作项目多项。在Bioresource TechnologyJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等相关领域知名期刊发表多篇论文,讲授《生物催化工艺学》、《现代生物技术进展》等课程,指导学生获校级课外研究课题多项。
